General Return Policy
a. All returns must have original store receipt and original packaging.
b. Customer may be allowed to evenly exchange products or will be given a gift certificate (store credit) covering the amount of the return.
Grocery
a. We will provide a full refund for all consumable food items with or without a receipt.
Alcohol
a. No Refunds unless the product is demonstrably spoiled or contaminated or the container damaged to the extent that the contents would likely be of an unsanitary nature or unfit for consumption.
Roll Your Own Machines & Cigarette Injectors
a. Roll your own machines carry only a manufacturer’s warranty. There will be no in-store returns for these products.
b. Please fill out the warranty card inside the box after purchasing a machine.
Tobacco
a. Tobacco includes the following: Cigarettes, loose tobacco, chewing tobacco, domestic cigars, filtered cigars and premium cigars.
